About BCST

Unlearn. Reconnect. Restore.

A Smarter Way to Handle Stress, Pain, and Burnout

Life hits hard sometimes—physically, mentally, emotionally. Maybe you're grinding through back pain, tension headaches, poor sleep, or just feeling fried from constant pressure.

Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy (BCST) offers a practical, no-drama way to reset your system. No cracking, no deep-tissue pressure—just a quiet, precise method to get your body back in gear.

So What Is It?

Your body is built to recover. BCST helps it do that.

Through subtle, hands-on contact (often no more than the weight of a hand), the therapist listens to your body’s internal rhythms and supports it in rebalancing. That might sound simple, but it’s powerful.

Think of it like rebooting a frozen computer. The system isn’t broken—it’s just overloaded. BCST helps clear the jam and get things running again.

How It Works

You lie down fully clothed. The therapist places their hands at specific points—like the head, spine, or feet—and listens. You don’t need to do anything. Your body responds on its own. Many people feel their nervous system drop out of high-alert mode, tension start to release, and a quiet clarity come back online.

This isn’t magic. It’s what your body already knows how to do—just with the right conditions.

The Strength Behind the Stillness

BCST isn’t soft. It’s subtle. There’s a difference.

It’s not about force—it’s about working smarter, not harder. When your system isn’t constantly in fight-or-flight, your body can repair itself. Your mind clears. Your performance improves.

This is the kind of work that elite athletes, trauma specialists, and high-stress professionals are turning to—because it works.

Morgan is honestly the best. I dealt with infertility and pregnancy loss prior to seeing Morgan, my body was all sorts of out of wack. After seeing Morgan for a few times I could feel a huge shift and weight removed from my body. After 3 months of seeing her weekly I was able to get pregnant and stay pregnant—I truly think Morgan was a huge help in that! 10/10 recommend seeing her!

About

Morgan

I am a Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy (BCST) practitioner, trained through Body Intelligence, with a passion for helping people reconnect with their body’s innate capacity for balance and healing. Through gentle touch, focused attention, and deep listening, I create space for the nervous system and the systems of the body to feel safe enough to engage their own self-healing capabilities.

I believe there is profound power in where we place our attention and focus, and that when the body is given the right conditions, it has an incredible ability to move toward balance and restoration. I have also received training in Brain Rewiring/Limbic System techniques, which allows me to help clients understand how the brain and nervous system can change and adapt. By combining these techniques with BCST, I help people develop practical tools to create profound and sustainable change—not simply managing symptoms, but building new patterns that support greater health, resilience, and well-being.

Above all, I give all credit to my Lord and Savior Jesus Christ for the skills, abilities, and opportunities that have allowed me to do this work. I believe He has guided my path, opened doors, and removed barriers that have made it possible for me to build a successful practice. It is a privilege to use the gifts He has given me to serve others and support them on their journey toward greater health, peace, and wholeness.
